He graduated from Sky View High School in Cache Valley, where he studied alongside Dr. Cory Maughan. Even early on, his goal was clear. Serve others first, then pursue a career in medicine.
After a Spanish-speaking mission in Argentina, Phillip attended Utah State University, earning a degree in Exercise Science while also starting his life as a husband and father.
